CONTENTS OF THE LOGICAL-CONCEPTUAL COMPETENCE OF GENERAL MATHEMATICAL EDUCATION (GENERAL SUBJECT BASICS)
V. I. Gorbachev
Abstract.
In the content of general mathematics education, the general subject principles of forming
logical and conceptual competence in the content of logical and psychological and didactic patterns are
investigated. From the standpoint of scientific and methodological analysis of subject knowledge, the
logical foundations of the formation of concepts, judgments, conclusions, views on educational theory
are highlighted. Subject adaptation of the logical method of cognition is the most important didactic
task of the system-conceptual representation of educational theory; it implies the design of types of
cognitive activity that are adequate to the assimilated subject concepts, judgments, conclusions, and
theory representation. In the spectrum of psychological and didactic foundations, the task of a systemconceptual
presentation of educational theory in the content of categories of general culture and subject
worldview is highlighted. In the personal plan, the leading of the didactic regularities of the logicalconceptual
representation of the subject theory is the task of developing the subject of the doctrine: in
the methodology of the activity theory of the doctrine, in a controlled process of interiorization, in the
targeted formation of cognitive mental processes and states.

Keywords: methods of teaching mathematics, competence approach in general education, subject
competence of educational mathematical activity, content of logical-conceptual competence, general
subject (general logical and didactic) bases.

HISTORY OF SCHOOL MATHEMATICS EDUCATION: THE ROLE OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMICAL CHANGES AND OF ORDINARY CONSCIOUSNESS
S. L. Atanasyan, I. S. Safuanov
Abstract.
The article considers some aspects of the history of mathematics learning related to educational
reforms. The features of mathematics education in the Soviet time are highlighted, which
allowed, on the one hand, to successfully train specialists in science and engineering and, on the other
hand, contributed to dogmatism in teaching. The reforms in national mathematics education are considered
at four stages: the search for new forms of education in the early years of the development of the
Soviet school; bringing to uniformity in the 1930s; “Kolmogorov Reform” of 1960–1970s and, finally,
the reforms of the last three decades. The influence on the social education of socio-economic changes
and the changes in public consciousness is noted. The necessity of taking into account everyday consciousness
in the implementation of reforms in mathematics education is revealed.

MODERN LINGUODIDACTIC MODEL OF TEACHING RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE TO STUDENTS OF CREATIVE SPECIALTIES
Ljan Tjing, L. V. Tregubova, T. A. Boldova
Abstract.
The article focuses on the use of network technologies in teaching students. The methodological
basis for the development of learning through information and communication technologies is
being considered, since, learning a foreign language using new technologies, a student faces a number
of difficulties: he should be able to independently create original learning hypertext products and communicate
interactively in the network. The implementation of interactive tasks requires to gain the
skills of planning and selecting material in a foreign hypertext network, the ability to discuss on the
sites of the language being studied, carrying out reflection and analysis. Hypertext technologies allow
students to conduct modular work with textual information and educational materials as a collaborative
interactive work in a three-dimensional virtual space.
Keywords: training and new technologies, special area of training and communication, hypertexts in
networks, foreign languages, Russian as a foreign language, higher education.

CONTINUITY OF ARTISTIC AND AESTHETIC DEVELOPMENT AT THE STAGES OF PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY GENERAL EDUCATION
N. G. Minasyan
Abstract.
The article deals with the relevance of continuity in the artistic and aesthetic development
of preschool and primary school children, and presents the leading principle of artistic and aesthetic
development. Its two aspects are considered – music and artistic development – in kindergarten and
in the elementary school classes of the secondary school. According to the results of the study, general
methodological approaches to the studies in kindergarten and primary school are identified which are
based on the development of emotional and aesthetic responsiveness in comprehending the surrounding
world and the primary forms of artistic imagination as the ability to express emotional assessment
of the phenomenon in sensually perceptible images. It is proved that the child’s own creative practice
is the predominant form in the work on the perception of art. The forms of work in the lessons and
classes of musical art and drawing in the continuous system of „pre-school educational institution –
primary school” are presented. The dominant role of gaming activity in pre-school and junior school
age is established.

T. P. Afanasyeva, M. A. Maznichenko, Yu. S. Tynnikov
Abstract.
The current situation in education is characterized by the mythologization of mass and
individual pedagogical consciousness, the functioning of myths as a means and the specific result of
cognition of pedagogical reality, the value regulator of pedagogical activity. Mythological component
has a significant influence on the development of the teacher’s personality, the effectiveness of pedagogical
activity. In this regard, it seems relevant to study the dynamics of the teacher’s mythologized
views at different stages of his professional path (vocational training, adaptation in school, professional
growth, maturity, mentoring), identifying their continuity. The article presents the results of
an experimental study of mythologized ideas of future and practicing teachers about various objects of pedagogical reality associated with the fulfillment of basic pedagogical functions (gnostic, organizational,
communicative, design). Their succession is shown. Scenarios of professional behavior based on
them are described. The mythological dynamics of the teacher’s views at different stages of the professional
path is traced.
Keywords: a future teacher, a practicing teacher, mythologized ideas of future and practicing teachers,

Yang Fang, Yu. A. Dmitriev
Abstract.
The article is devoted to the economic education of Chinese children of preschool age. The
article reveals the objectives, content, means and methods of economic education of children. Chinese
government policy is paying increasing attention to the economic education of preschoolers. Famous
scientists, teachers and organizations of China actively make proposals on the development of economic
education of children of preschool age. Kindergartens also organize a large number of activities aimed
at the economic training of preschoolers. They are, for example, integrated kindergarten activities on
the main topics of the curriculum with computer support, regional events, the exchange of books and
toys, celebrations, the implementation of economic education using multimedia resources, and resources
provided by parents. The study shows that there are certain shortcomings and difficulties in the
development of the content and methods of the economic education of children in kindergartens. There
are also problems associated with an insufficient level of competence of teachers in the field of economic
education. In addition, the position of parents in relation to the economic education of preschoolers in
kindergartens is also not sufficiently active. Despite this, the activities aimed at economic education in
kindergartens are interesting for children and their parents, have good development prospects. Joint
coordinated efforts are needed from both the ministries of education, academia, kindergartens and
parents to improve the economic education of preschool children.

ON THE ISSUE OF THE NEED TO IMPROVE THE WORK OF SUBJECTS OF PREVENTION OF DELINQUENT BEHAVIOR OF JUVENILES
E. A. Nikitskaya, E. O. Nikitina
Abstract.
The reasons affecting the negative trends in the prevention of child neglect and juvenile
delinquency among adolescents include: alcoholization and narcotization of juveniles; the increase
in the number of minors exempted from criminal liability and punishment for various reasons in the
country as a whole (Article 76 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Exemption from criminal
liability due to reconciliation with the victim”) or using the provision of Article 90 of the Criminal
Code of the Russian Federation (The use of coercive measures of educational influence), however, the
application of this article does not always have a positive effect on the behavior of adolescents. As a
result of the analysis, it has been concluded that the majority of teenagers who have committed a crime
have already had experience in criminal activity. Thus, when applying article 90 of the Criminal Code
(the use of coercive measures of educational influence), there is poor result in the socialization of the
juveniles who have violated the law. In order for compulsory educational measures to be more effective,
it is necessary to improve the preventive work of all the subjects carrying it out.
Keywords: subjects of prevention, delinquent behavior, juveniles, vocational training, retraining, advanced
