THE PROBLEM OF THINKING PRODUCTIVITY AND TRAINING
A. A. Matyushkina
Abstract.
The article presents theoretical study of the problem of thinking productivity in the context of
training. At the same time, productivity as the realization of the new process and the new result for the
subject of the solution in the psychology of thinking is associated with a special object - the problem situation.
Analysis of four known models of problem situations - behavioral, probabilistic, information-semantic
and gestalt-model - has revealed various options for creating problematic solutions and, in accordance
with this, various forms of training: from the behavioral method of „trial and error” to the competency and
project educational approach . The analysis revealed the insufficiency of these models for understanding
the features of thinking and training in terms of the contribution of personal factors. The article presents
that the role of student’s and teacher’s personality in thinking and training is most fully reflected in the
psychological structure of the problem situation proposed by A. M. Matyushkin. The problem in it is associated
with the interest to the decision and the experience of its subjective difficulty, which may be different in
relation to the same problematic task on the part of the subject, depending on his intellectual and creative
abilities. In this regard, the rules for creating problem situations in thinking and training are presented.
Keywords: problem situation, behavioral model of the problem situation, probabilistic model of the
problem situation, information-semantic model of the problem situation, gestalt model of the problem
situation, problem training.

FORMATION OF READINESS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF STUDENTS IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE OF THE COLLEGE
A. M. Shakirova, R. A. Fahrutdinova, R. R. Fahrutdinov
Abstract.
One of the main objectives of secondary vocational education is the formation of psychological
and pedagogical competence of College students. Pedagogy, rapidly developing in recent years, is a
powerful tool for the study of professional competencies of students in the field of subjects of psychological
and pedagogical cycle.
The relevance of the study is due to the orientation of secondary vocational education to the development
of professional competencies of students, providing such a key competence as the ability to learn. In
the context of the formation of psychological and pedagogical competence, the main types of professional
and communicative competences are developed in the process of psychological and pedagogical training,
and the authors consider them as professional competences corresponding to the main types of professional
activity.
The problem of formation of professional competence of the student can not be solved without careful
analyzes of the peculiarities of the formation of the main mental processes and functions in adolescence.
This gives reason to argue that classes with psychological and pedagogical content, including
vivid examples from the existing psychological and pedagogical sphere, suggest the active involvement
of students in educational activities, are an effective means of forming the psychological and pedagogical
competence of students of secondary vocational education.
In the process of research, psychological-pedagogical and methodological study was carried out; the
initial theoretical positions were singled out. In the course of the experiment, pedagogical conditions
were identified and implemented, the content, forms, methods and technologies of forming the general
cultural competencies of students in the multicultural educational space of the college were defined
and implemented, and their effectiveness was tested in the course of experimental work. Realization of
the potential of professional disciplines of psychological and pedagogical orientation to provide psychological
and pedagogical training contributes to the student’s personal development and his formation
as a person capable of orienting in the college space on the basis of familiarizing with the elements of
pre-school psychology and pedagogy.

A. V. Ovcharov, A. V. Galushka
Abstract.
The article considers the problem associated with insufficient formation of graphic literacy
among the pupils in rural secondary schools in terms of introducing new educational standards. The
article identifies contradiction, which is that on the one hand the demands of society and the state are

fully ready to tackle the tasks. This is due to the fact that high school graduates are not always able to
fully master the technical disciplines in the University due to the insufficient graphic literacy
The article proposes a solution to the indicated problem in the framework of the May decrees of Vladimir
Putin 2012 on the organization of additional education of children in educational institutions.

Abstract
. The article considers the work with texts in two aspects: with respect to the tasks of the
Unified State Examination and the State Final Certification, and in a wider context of forming meaningful
reading skills. The article describes the text types used in the Unified State Exam and the
State Final Certification in the humanities and social sciences, and the methods of work in the final

D. A. Gusev, O. V. Flerov
Abstract.
The article reveals peculiarities, difficulties and possible ways of optimization of administration
of teaching a foreign language in the system of continuing professional education. Topicality
of the article is conditioned by the following factors. 1) Increasing the role of continuing professional
education as a possibility to change and develop educational and professional route by socially and
economically active adults; 2) increasing the role of foreign language knowledge in the globalized world; 3) developing educational economics and management as comparatively new interdisciplinary
fields of studies that actualize the issues of efficiency of administrative work in education. In the contexts
of organizational work the article traces interconnection of psychological, pedagogical, didactic
and administrative aspects of teaching foreign languages in continuing professional education, which
is shown not only as pedagogical but as socio-economic phenomenon as well. As the main ways of
perfecting administrative work the authors suggest optimization of class schedule, forming learning
groups, rotation of teachers and organizing their experience exchange. Particular attention is paid
to tutor’s work on perfecting teachers’ performance and to specificity of adult audience, which makes
teaching them quite a specific pedagogical activity; whereas administrating it can minimize potential
psychological and didactic difficulties.

MODERN APPROACH TO UNDERSTANDING EMOTIONAL AND MORAL EDUCATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR PRESCHOOL AGE CHILDREN WITH NORMAL AND DETAINED MENTAL DEVELOPMENT
T. V. Timoshenko
Abstract.
The article describes the approach to emotional and moral upbringing and development of
children. The author substantiates the need to consider these categories as pedagogical through the selfconcept
of a child, consisting of physical, mental, desired and resource components. These components
under the influence of the dominants of emotional and moral education (physical, problem-search, emotional,
reflexive) are either organized into a single self-concept, directed to the dominant of good or affect
the violation of it and are manifested as contradictory, fragmented and unstable images.
The search for pedagogical tools aimed at organizing the coordinated work of the components of the
self-concept and the dominant of emotional and moral education will help overcome the problems of
breaking the boundaries of the integral self-concept in a child of the senior preschool age, including
those with a delay in mental development.
Keywords: physical, mental, desirable, resource components of the self-concept; physical, problem-searching,
emotional and reflexive dominants of emotional and moral education; violation of the boundaries of
the integral self-concept; the balance of the components of the self-concept; the dominants of good and evil.
