Z. N. Nikitenko

Abstract. The article considers the aim of early foreign language learning in the context of learnercentered
paradigm. The author shows the integrative nature of the aim and tackles its components:
moral development, cognitive development and communicative development. The importance of the
content of primary foreign language education is argued as well as its three aspects that create the
ideal and the material basis for the implementation of spiritually moral, developing and communicative-
cultural components of the aim: formation of the young learner personality and his/her ability
to communicate in a foreign language. When considering technology the author emphasizes its main
function which is to provide in the educational process the integration of upbringing, development and
learning of younger pupils.

ACHIEVEMENT OF INTERDISCIPLINARY RESULTS OF PRIMARY EDUCATION BY DEVELOPING SKILLS OF GETTING INFORMATION AT THE INFORMATICS LESSONS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS

D. I. Pavlov

Abstract. The article develops previously expressed ideas about the transformation of the informatics
course for primary school for a more explicit reflection of its meta-subject nature. In particular, the
attitude of leading specialists to the problems of the initial course of computer science is considered.
On this basis, the author develops the idea of the need to pay special attention to the skills of receiving
and transmitting information. The article discusses in detail the group of skills for obtaining information,
which it is planned to develop in junior schoolchildren as expected results of development. An
important feature of the article is the established relationship between the proposed system of developed
subject skills and the formation of universal educational activities. The connection between the
processes of formation of subject skills and the development of cognitive and communicative universal
educational activities determines the metaprojective nature of computer science in a modern school, in
particular at the stage of primary general education.

SPATIOTEMPORAL BOUNDARIES OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

A. Yu. Uvarov

Abstract. The article considers the means for describing the possible interactions in the “students – information
environment – teachers” system. These means make it possible to see that the digital technologies
significantly increase the space of possible learning interactions that are impossible or difficult
to use without changing the traditional organization of the educational process and the current norms
of the school’s work. The change in the formal spatiotemporal boundaries of the educational process is
one of the important components of the necessary transformations in the school to take advantage of
the opportunities for blended learning.

I. A. Sinitsyna, N. V. Konchalovsky, A. Kh. Sundukova

Abstract. The article analyzes the main aspects of modern education from the perspective of postnon-
classical scientific paradigm. In the article, the main positions of the system-synergetic approach
regarding the development of the problem of managing modern education, enhancing the effectiveness
of the mechanisms regulating the activity of subjects of managerial interaction, have been further
developed. The authors present the organizational structure of the management of education, define
its essence, examine the functions of education management (traditional and innovative), study the
phenomenon of anthroposynergism, identify common features characterizing the management of education
from the position of a systemic-synergetic approach, and reveal the mechanisms that regulate
the activity of subjects of managerial interaction. When considering the problem of managerial interaction,
the authors emphasize the internal activity of a person, which leads to the concept of a polyphonic
self-reflecting the ability of a person to respond quickly to the constantly changing realities of time, to
combine in the process of vital activity complex, sometimes contradictory images, but connected by a
person into a holistic experience providing their harmony.

ATTITUDES OF URBAN AND RURAL TEACHERS TOWARDS EDUCATIONAL WORK: ON THE MATERIALS OF SOCIOLOGICAL MONITORING

M. A. Golovchin

Abstract. Prospects for the development of education largely depend on the position of the teacher as one of
the key actors in the process of building human potential. In modern Russia the pedagogical community is
absolutely differentiated. The mission and work of the teacher are perceived in different ways by the staff of
urban and rural schools, despite relatively similar working conditions in these organizations.
The purpose of this study is to determine the difference in job satisfaction among urban and rural teachers,
the current trends in the attitude of teachers towards work in the school and the factors that influence
this attitude (in the territorial context).
The study hypothesizes that job satisfaction in urban and rural schools is determined by different factors.
„Teachers – city dwellers” tend to form a relation to the profession on the basis of objective reasons (salary,
work load, etc.). Rural teachers have a certain social reserve (a special status in the rural community), which
levels out the impact of occupational risks.
The hypothesis has been proved on the materials of monitoring the economic situation and the social
well-being of school teachers, which was conducted in 2011–2017 on a representative sample based on urban
and rural schools in the Vologda region.
The article presents the data of the correlation analysis that determines the tightness of the pair connection
between the parameters of the social mood of teachers, the satisfaction with aspects of teacher activity and the assessment of the economic situation in the country and the region. It is established
that for rural teachers the interconnection of social well-being is not with the sides of professional activity
but with the attitude to the economic conditions of life.

COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AS THE ASSET OF A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT

N. N. Davidovich

Abstract. The article presents the mechanism of forming communicative competence of the student, based
on the value orientations of the individual (social, educational, professional) and considers substantive
area of communicative competence of the student, which includes a number of competencies: competence
of interactive communications („personal knowledge”, „interpersonal knowledge”); communicative and
speech competence („understanding of personality”, „interpersonal understanding”); perceptual competence
communication („interpersonal interaction”, „teamwork”).
The substantive content of the concept „communicative competence” defines the vector for process of forming
the given qualities in high school students, reveals the signs and indicators of communicative competence,
enriches the theory and practice of educational psychology.
The study has enabled the formation of a mechanism of gradual assimilation of communicative
action: the creation of motivation to the manifestation of competence; the adoption of the values of
communication as its goals; accounting for resources and communication opportunities; proactive collaboration;
communicative reflection with the purpose of formation of communicative competence as a
personal quality.

FAMILY AND SCHOOL COOPERATION AS A CONDITION FOR PARENTS’ PEDAGOGICAL COMPETENCE

M. M. Prokopeva, A. Z. Dyakonova, M. N. Popova

Abstract. The system of working with parents to improve their pedagogical culture is not always
traced nowadays. Characteristic for the Soviet school forms of work with parents: pedagogical universal
education is lost. There is no concrete idea of the phenomenology of the pedagogical culture of parents,
ways, forms, methods, and the need to raise it in new socio-economic conditions. It became clear
that the paradigm of the concept of improving the pedagogical culture of parents requires an analysis
of the prevailing social and pedagogical situation, the experience of psychological and pedagogical
work with parents in a modern school.

PRESENTATION OF THE HISTORY PROJECTS AS A FORM OF DIAGNOSTICS OF STUDENTS’ EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES

T. S. Orlova, A. V. Polovnikova, A. A. Sorokin

Abstract. The article deals with the problem of achieving educational outcome in the context of the modern
educational space, characterized as the set of all objects and processes leading to the increasing of the
learner’s individual culture, his development, the development of the values system and rules of behavior,
in particular, in the field of project activities. On the example of the project on the history of Moscow,
the authors consider the diagnosis of educational outcomes at the stage of presentation – the final stage
of the project activity. At the same time, the authors note that the results of the project evaluation are
considered as a tool for organizing the students’ reflection, a tool for assessing the content development
of training courses, as well as various types of cognitive and practical activities. The authors emphasize
that the students were obliged to create a list of criteria according to which the results of their activities
will be evaluated. It is noted that the asses of the list of evaluation criteria is an essential, actually determining
stage of the project activity of students, without which further design can become a meaningless
and formalized process. A special emphasis in the article is made on the modern understanding of
educational outcomes as a requirement of the Federal state educational standards of general education.

Abstract. The article considers the possibilities of different types of educational environments for
the formation of the full-fledged educational environment of academic institutions. The educational
environment which is forming and preserving health is characterized from the position of integration
and interaction with various microenvironments of school. The article concludes that the educational
environment is one of the main resources for managing the individual trajectory of the development of
the personality of schoolchildren. As the person grows up, the internal environment becomes dominant
in the system of human interaction with the external environment, and the task of the health-forming
and health-saving educational environment becomes its ingrowth into the child’s inner environment
so that at the end of the school and leaving this educational environment he experiences the prolonged

FROM THE BOOK OF THE LAW “FAJIN” TO THE “LAW ON THE ABOLITION OF CORPORAL PUNISHMENT OF THE FOURTH EMPEROR OF THE HAN DYNASTY – HAN WENDI”. “THE STORY OF THE ONE WHO SAVED HER FATHER
FROM CORPORAL PUNISHMENT AND DEATH TI YING” AS A CASE STUDY

Liu Rong

Abstract. The method of exact examples (the method of teaching based on the discussion and analysis
of real examples of a certain problem) is effective and is often used in the practice of teaching. For
example, in the curriculum „History of Law and Order in China”, in the section from the Book of the
Law „Fajin” to the „Law on the Abolition of Corporal Punishment of the Fourth Emperor of the Han
Dynasty – Han Wendi”, the case of saving her father from corporal punishment and death allows to
visually examine the legal literacy, legal thought, the construction of the legal system and the concept
of humanity in separate dynasties, from the dynasties of Western Zhou (1027–770 BC) to the Eastern
Zhou (770–256 BC), the Chunqiu period (770–476/403 BC) and the Battle Kingdoms (476/403–221
BC) to the Qin dynasties (246–207 BC) and Han (206 BC – 220 AD). It helps to understand the development
and evolution of the history of law in China from the slave system to feudalism. Along with the
introduction to the main content and historical role of the Book of the Law „Fajin” this law is also an
important process of reforming the system of punishment from the barbarous to the civilized.

THE PROBLEM OF GENESIS AND MECHANISM OF THE EXISTENCE OF SCHOOLS IN MUSIC PERFORMANCE AND TEACHING PRACTICE

T. G. Mariupolskaya

Abstract. The article considers the concept of school as a branch of science, various arts having distinct
features and characteristics that are fixed and cultivated in the particular area of professional
activity. Thanks to the school, in this sense, personal, group experience gets spread and becomes „universal”,
carrying civilization continuity, connection of epochs and generations. Types, forms and mechanisms
of the existence of the schools as a historical-cultural phenomenon are revealed. The article
identifies the distinct properties of the schools in the field of art and artistic creativity. The qualities
characterizing the Russian performing and teaching school, which received wide international recognition
have been mentioned. The peculiar ratio of exact-sensual and abstract forms of knowledge and
the development of the performing musical works demands a special style of relations between teacher
and student, school leader and his adherents. The necessity of an appeal to the rich experience of the
past is noted, as well as joining to the schools of the experts of Russian and world culture.
