The article provides an overview of studies of civil media criticism in the information
space of Germany. We will analyze how the audience of German-language media evaluates
the media in their comments, which journalistic criteria of quality are especially highlighted
by users, and how they motivate their ratings. One can definitely speak about the
dominance of reproaches for noncompliance with the classical criteria of journalistic quality,
such as justice and impartiality, which is explained by the dependence of the media on
political and economic elites.

JESTERS AND BUFFOONERY THROUGH THE AGES: SOCIAL AND AESTHETIC ASPECTS
E. N. Chernozemova
Abstract.
The article traces historically changeable attitude of society towards buffoonery.
In the English Renaissance, there is a special type of a „wise jester”: the attitude to entertainment
is refined in comparison with the middle ages, capable of laughing at natural fools and
monsters. In Russia of the same era, a tradition of foolishness and a special relationship to a
holy fool is formed. Based on the analysis of Shakespeare’s text it is shown that clowns and
jesters in the plays of the English Renaissance developed an important for the era problem of
the sharp mind. In England, the tradition of court jesters was interrupted by the revolutionary
events of the seventeenth century. An attempt of its renewal at the beginning of the XXI
century and the demands to the applicant for the post of state jester reveal the changes in the
attitude towards someone who is called to entertain and amuse. Its functions also change.
Keywords: dramatic functions of clowns and buffoons, sharp mind, tradition of buffoonery,
dramatic art of the English Renaissance.

R. Z. Khayrullin, A. F. Galimullina
Abstract.
The article considers the poems about A.S. Pushkin written by a Kalmyk poet
in different periods of his life. The dynamics of perception of Pushkin’s image at various
stages of the work of the Kalmyk poet is traced. According to the authors of the article, Kugultinov’s
appeal to Pushkin’s image is due to the fact that the Kalmyk poet was attracted
by the integrity of nature in the work of the genius of Russian poetry, its depth, and inexhaustibility,
that even the current generation did not fully know it and future generations
will be enthusiastically discovering more and more new meanings inherent in his work.
The authors, relying on the poetry and statements of the Kalmyk poet, show that Pushkin’s
image created by Kugultinov carries not only an artistic and aesthetic, but an integrating
principle as well, for he consolidates the peoples of our country around him, forming a
single cultural space of multinational Russia.

O. V. Petunin
Abstract.
According to the Federal state educational standard of secondary education, research
and project activity are mandatory for students in grades 10-11, but its implementation
in the educational process begins in kindergarten. Therefore, of particular importance
is the solution of the problem of continuity in the organization of this type of students’
activity students. At the preschool level, the formation of primary ideas about the design
and research activities and concepts start. In elementary school, children are prepared for
independent design. At the level of basic general education, emphasis is placed on the development
of learning, research and project work as a type of activity, where the material
is primarily academic subjects. In secondary school, all previously acquired competencies
should be fully utilized and become universal. Competences formed in the primary school
on subject content can now be transferred to life situations that are not related to school
attendance. The author also cites, based on personal pedagogical experience, the features of
the educational, research and design activities of high school students: a multidisciplinary
nature, independent and individual performance, long-term use of mathematical modeling
elements, independent determination by students of the parameters and criteria for the success
of the project.

A MODEL OF FUNCTIONING OF A NETWORK OF SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL CLASSES IN MOSCOW SCHOOLS
V. Sh. Krupnik
Abstract.
The article presents the model which forms the basis of a network of social and psychological
classes. Socio-psychological class is one of the profiles of high school. Socio-psychological
classes are characterized by the predominant number of „indecisive” students who usually
fall into the so-called „universal” profile. The purpose of social and psychological classes
is the development of social and psychological competencies and the creation of conditions for
self-determination of students. To describe the model, a step-by-step development scheme, based
on the functional-role view of business processes is used. For the topic under consideration,
an additional stage has been introduced into the scheme. In the conclusion the results of the
research model, which determine the ways of intensifying the goal achievement are presented.

THE ROLE OF MATH PROBLEMS IN TEACHING HEURISTICS
I. V. Ulyanova
Abstract.
The main task that a modern school faces is the development of students’
creative potential as well as creating conditions for their self-development and self-realization.
Teaching heuristics is one of these conditions, as mastering the heuristics is
an integral characteristic of the development of students ‘ lateral thinking. The main
activity of pupils in learning mathematics is the solving of problems. So the formation of
their heuristic thinking should occur in the context of the implementation of this activity.
Therefore, a study of the role of mathematical tasks in teaching students heuristics
is relevant. In the article, the author gives a modern interpretation of the concept „heuristics”
and reveals the understanding of heuristic in methods of teaching mathematics.
The types of heuristics are listed. The article specifies the levels of forming heuristics in
students of educational institutions. The article gives examples of mathematical problems and demonstrates the process of teaching students heuristics. It also describes the method
of forming heuristics.

STUDENTS’ INDEPENDENT COGNITIVE ACTIVITY IN USING ALGORITHMIC PRESCRIPTIONS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS IN THERMODYNAMICS
V. P. Bykova
Abstract.
Under free market conditions, only the specialist who is ready to master new
skills and techniques becomes competitive, while the proficiency level (the quality of knowledge
and the ability to apply it rather than the memory span) represents the most important
criterion for present-day professional competence. However, currently students
are not able to apply their knowledge, for example, when solving the problems.
We offer a new method for solving problems of any kind, based on the use of universal
algorithmic prescriptions, which will provide future specialists with proper skills required
to apply their knowledge and competences in order to undertake scientific experiments,
to get ready to develop and to use new generation technologies and to control production.
The main goal is to develop students’ cognitive interest and consequently their cognitive
activity and independence, a set of skills for future professional life. Independent cognitive
activity in the study of physics facilitates a seamless continuum from educational forms
of mastering the profession (for example, for solving cognitive and professional tasks in
thermodynamics) to independent performance of future professional activities, as testing
and completion of prototypes of products, units, systems and parts of new and modernized
technological items.

LEGAL REGULATION OF CAREER GUIDANCE OF MODERN YOUTH: THEORY AND PRACTICE
I. D. Yagofarova
Abstract.
The article deals with the issues related to the professional orientation of modern
young people. This issue is not analyzed objectively in modern science and practice, which
causes certain difficulties that have quite predictable consequences of a negative nature.
The importance of career guidance is determined by the main directions of development of
Russian society as a whole, since the state of society, the development of the labor market,
employment of the population, the ability to identify talents and their direction in the most
suitable areas of activity depend on the professional self-determination of young people.
That is why it is worth paying special attention to the need for more substantive regulation
of career guidance activities. This issue has not been resolved substantively in the legislation
of Russia, which leads to certain gaps and difficulties. Issues of career guidance are
regulated inconsistently, in various regulatory acts of the federal level, and also partially at
